PILS will be awarding two deserving individuals an opportunity to receive assistance for the 2018 ASHP Midyear Conference and their future pharmacy career

Requirements:
- Minimum GPA: 3.00
- 500 word essay – “Why you are deserving of the scholarship?”
- One (1) Letter of Recommendation
- Curriculum Vitae with headshot
- One (1) copy of your unofficial transcript
