“Cooking with PILs” is a Fall IG Live event bringing awareness to healthy and delicious holiday meals. Chef Naya and PILs Wellness Lead Dr. Ciera Woodard (Wellness Lead of PILs) will be cooking butternut squash and sausage pasta while talking about the importance of healthy living.

GROCERY LIST:
- 10-12 oz. Frozen Butternut Squash
- 1.5 cups Cherry Tomatoes
- PRN Fresh Garlic Clothes
- 1/2 cup Diced Onion
- 16 ox. Ground Spicy Italian Sausage*
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
-1/2 tsp Thyme
- 8 oz. Pasta
- 1 cup Water
- Salt & Pepper
- Optional: Parmesan Cheese & Red Pepper Flakes

*Sausage can be omitted completely for a plant-based recipe.*
